Membership

 

Arkansas Chapter Membership (Application and Renewal Form PDF)

Chapter membership allows any individual, regardless of whether or not his or her company is a national USGBC member (see below), to participate in the Chapter's initiatives, attend Chapter and Branch educational and social activities at a discount, and participate in Chapter and Branch leadership.

The Chapter is currently comprised of two branches, the Central Branch and the Western Branch. Applying Chapter members are assigned to the branch of their choice based on the location in which the applying member is most often located.

Arkansas Chapter Membership Categories

 
  • Regular Members - Those individuals who are employed by National USGBC Member companies/organizations.

 

  • Associate Members - Those individuals who are not employed by National USGBC Member companies/organizations.

 

  • Emerging Green Builders - An Emerging Green Builder is currently defined as a student or professional who is within 5 years of beginning their careers. For individuals new to the building industry the USGBC Emerging Green Builders Arkansas Chapter provides unique opportunities for development and networking with a diverse group of building industry professionals.

 

 

USGBC National Membership

USGBC National membership is reserved for companies and organizations. It allows all full-time employees to enjoy National member benefits. Company members may use the USGBC logo and are listed in the online directory. All employees of the USGBC member organization are entitled to member benefits including: an account at www.usgbc.org ; access to online member resources; discounts on USGBC products and training, and eligibility to participate in USGBC leadership at all levels. Each member organization designates a voting representative for national issues.
